How does the Lifetime Warranty work?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects but will be voided on any user damage(i.e: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, stolen goods).
Solid Gold items are subject to repair only at a fee of $99.
Are your products made out of real gold?
Yes, we only use 14-18k yellow gold, real .925 sterling silver, and genuine white/black rhodium. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. Our products include the highest quality of material for the price. If plated, our base metal includes brass or stainless steel depending on the specific product.
How do I use a discount code?
If a discount code is available during a sale, enter it during the checkout phase of your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept every major credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express. We also accept Paypal & Sezzle.
Sezzle allows you to split the cost of your order in 4 equal no-interest payments. The first payment is due at the time of your order, then you will be automatically charged each month after for the remaining 3 payments. To chose Sezzle as your payment option, simply checkout as normal, and once prompted, select "Sezzle" as your payment option.
Where do we ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from New York, New York, USA.
How long does shipping and processing take?
Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS and takes on average 3-5 business days after processing (0-2 days).
International shipping may take anywhere from 6-15 business days depending on the customs and your location.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Keep in mind processing may take 0-2 business days.
I did not receive my package but the tracking number shows delivered?
The Jewelry Plug is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
My tracking number is not showing updates, what is going on?
Since we drop off over 100+ packages at once, our local post office at times does not scan each package individually for the notification on the tracking. It just goes onto the truck to its next destination, you will for sure see an update once it reaches your local post office(give it 2-5 business days).
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
We offer an 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it undamaged within 7 days of purchase for a refund(15% restocking fee applies to preferential returns) or full store credit.
