What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
The Jewelry Plug accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered. Returns must be sent back in NEW condition.
Return for a refund (Preferential returns) is subject to a 15% restocking fee, to be subtracted from the order total prior to reimbursement. We hate to do this, but the transaction/shipping/labor fees are not returned to us when a refund is sent so this is necessary. Kindly contact us to start the process.

We can NOT process any returns/exchanges without the return form due to a high volume of orders, our team will not know how to handle the package without proper instructions.
Solid Gold / & Custom made items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.
Returns & Exchanges are paid for by the buyer expense unless we make a mistake on our end.
