Return/Exchange/Warranty Policy

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
The Jewelry Plug accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered. Returns must be sent back in NEW condition. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact us to receive a return form. Our customer support email is support@thejewelryplug.com, or via our contact us page. 
We can NOT process any returns/exchanges without the return form due to a high volume of orders.
Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.
Returns & Exchanges are paid for by the BUYER expense unless we make a mistake on our end.
All of our Gold Plated jewelry are guaranteed under our Lifetime Warranty Policy. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not including damage caused by excessive wear or lack of care. Do not sleep in the jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your product.
If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
There is a $49 USD repair fee if you encounter future problems. *We will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have made a mistake on our end. For example: if we were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry
