Return/Exchange/Warranty Policy

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
The Jewelry Plug accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered. Returns must be sent back in NEW condition. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact us. Our customer support email is support@thejewelryplug.com, or via our contact us page. 
Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.
Returns & Exchanges are paid for by the BUYER expense unless we make a mistake on our end.
All of our jewelry are guaranteed under our Lifetime Warranty Policy. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. This Warranty is voided on any user damage issues (ie: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage). If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
There is a $49 USD repair fee if you encounter future problems. *We will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if we were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry

Solid Gold items are subject to repair only at a fee of $99.
