What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
The Jewelry Plug accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered. Returns must be sent back in NEW condition. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact us to receive a return form. Our customer support email is email@example.com, or via our contact us page.
We can NOT process any returns/exchanges without the return form due to a high volume of orders.
Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.
Returns & Exchanges are paid for by the BUYER expense unless we make a mistake on our end.
